Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Joja Healthcare Limited. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.
1. Services Provided
We offer cleaning services including home cleaning, deep cleaning, tenancy cleaning, office cleaning, steam cleaning, oven cleaning, rug/mattress cleaning, and full-day cleaning.
2. Booking & Confirmation
Bookings can be made via phone, email, website, or WhatsApp.
A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking.
3. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted methods: bank transfer, debit/credit card, or cash.
Late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
Rescheduling is free if requested 24 hours in advance.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
Ensure electricity and water are available during cleaning.
Inform us of any fragile items or areas requiring special care.
6. Liability
We are insured for public liability and will cover damages caused by our cleaners.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damages, normal wear and tear, or items not suitable for cleaning.
Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of the service.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with the cleaning, notify us within 24 hours. We will return and re-clean the affected areas free of charge.
8. Health & Safety
Our cleaners are trained to work safely and professionally.
We reserve the right to refuse work in hazardous or unsafe environments.
9. Termination of Services
We may terminate ongoing services if a customer repeatedly fails to make payments, cancels excessively, or breaches these terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law.
